Viet Nam Golf Course is the first 36-hole golf club in Vietnam, and is also recognized as the highest level of Golf Country Club in Vietnam. The course is only 20 kilometers away from Ho Chi Minh City and covers an area of 300 hectares. The natural scenery around the course makes you feel relaxed and soothes your mind when you play. The course is divided into East and West Zones. The course of West Zone was first opened in December 1994, which was designed and planned by Chen King Shih, a well-known architect in Taiwan. It also hosted the Asian PGA Tour in 1995 and 1997. The Eastern Zone, which opened in September 1997, is elaborately designed by six Grand Slam champions, Li Trivino (1968 and 1971 U.S. Open, 1974 and 1984 U.S. PGA Championships, 1971 and 1972 Opens), and provides excellent playing scenery.
